Okay so it's day 4 on my blogging adventure. I feel like this is really keeping me in touch with everyone! I had so many people come up to me at church last night and tell me that they had seen and read my blog! Whoo hoo! Great success!
It's coming down the wire now, folks. Reality is setting in, and I know I'm not the only one ready to go. I'm sure many of you saw us goobs in our Africa jackets at the front of the church taking our group picture last night, let me clarify. Our leader, Jay, decided that we would wear our jackets in 90 degree weather, and then forget his at home. It was all part of his plan I do believe! It's okay Jay, we forgive you! :) I'm totally just giving him a hard time! He has done so so much for this group in preperation, prayer, and all other kinds of things we wouldn't even think go into this trip. Jay is such an organized, goal oriented leader, and I'm so thankful that along with all of that he is a man of God.
I'm asking you today to prayer for our leaders. We often take for grandted how much our leaders do. They have ten times more on their plates and I know they need encouragement! Please pray for our leaders!
I don't really have a whole lot to say this morning (imagine that), I do want to say thank you so much everyone for sticking with me in praying! Thank you so much for following this blog, and thank you for everything else you may do in my life.
