So close, I can almost see it!

Well, this is it! It's the weekend and we all know that those fly by! And after this weekend flies by, WE LEAVE FOR ZIMBABWE! Oh my word, I didn't sleep at all last night, alls I could think about was "did I pack this" "do I need one of those", I even laid out my entire bag in my head, and my carry on...sad I know. I can't even begin to think about how this trip goes. I've been to Honduras several times, and so it comes easy, sheets, clothes, shampoo. Easy right? Well we have a bathroom and an actual "house" we stay in. When we go to Africa we are living in tents, on a bus thing, and we don't exactly get a hot shower. Not that any of this determines weather or not we are going to have a great trip, I'm just hoping I've gotten everything I need.

In telling you all of the little trials we are going to have to face, I guess I need to address the bigger ones. I'm asking you all to pray for the attitudes of our team members. I'm just as spoiled as everyone else going, and it's very easy for me to take a turn to negative down. We will be facing things that most of us have never faced. The team last year lost their luggage for several days, and managed to remain positive and spread the Gospel. I pray that no matter what we face weather it lost luggage, harsh weather, or sickness that we all remain positive and keep focus on our One True God.

Thank you so much for praying for our team. The power of prayer is something not understood by man, I praise the Lord for all your prayers, and I'm so thankful for this opportunity.
